Been trying to repair my versa lite fitbit from April 2020. Done all the troubleshooting, repairing, uninstall to reinstall and nothing successful. Even have a code from a rep that didnt so much help with the situation. Can somebody please help? Thank you

Based on the title of your post, can you please clarify if your Versa Lite is turning on but you're unable to set it up? Or is it not responding at all? Which phone are you using? What happens when you try to setup your device? Do you receive an error message or the code on your Versa Lite display won't show? More details will be appreciated.
