I have two sets of SoundPeats wireless headphones, one for work, one for home.  I've been able to sync my work pair and use no problem.  I'm struggling trying to get the second pair synced.  I'm sure it is something simple but I don't know what or where I am missing it.  When I try to play my Pandora it says No headphones or speaker connected. What am I missing?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @msgadabout. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties to sync your second pair of headphones. You should be able to connect up to 8 Bluetooth audio devices to your Fitbit Versa. If you haven't done it already, I would recommend removing the first pair of headphones and add the second one to see if anything changes. Please do the following:

 

  1. On your watch, open the Settings appUser-added image
  2. Tap Bluetooth. 
  3. Scroll down and tap Remove. 
  4. Tap the device you want to remove and then tap Yes to confirm.

 

Instructions to connect your wireless headphones can be found here. Then, try to add the first pair again.
