Two weeks ago I contacted Fitbit because my Versa which was at 40% battery life the display suddenly showed a triangle with an exclamation point completely turned off. Tried to do reset and advised to try charging but to make sure I have it connected probably. Nothing worked and was told to clean the sensors and still nothing worked. I got my Versa in March 2018 as a early Mother's day gift when it came out. I was advised could not have it replaced because out of warranty but I have 30 days to use a 25% code to purchase a new one. I asked the agent what causes this to happened because the Versa is $200 and didn't want this to happen again. I was told they didn't know what caused this. I don't think is fair to only be offered 25% off especially after seeing a lot of people complaining about this happening and Fitbit can not say what is causing this. I've been with Fitbit for years ans have owned several Fitbits but after this experience I think it's time to look somewhere else. Someone please help me.
