Purchased two Versa 2 fitbit trackers to only be surprised dec 7th that the notifications do not even work! I have continuously been tracking these community topics to see if anything fixed my problem. And after countless of pointless of hours - nothing. Waste of time. Thinking once i updated the app and my iphone today it would fix the problem. again. Nothing. Very Disappointed - will not recommend and a waste of money and time.
***RESOLVED. took advice and went to the help chat - was able to resolve it through trouble shooting which i should have done a long time ago. I am not the complaining type and loved the watch and tracker tself. so happy i reached out for further resolution

Hello @MechelleB I would contact Fitbit, many iOS user report that they where able to help. There are settings that need to be checked in the phone.

Thanks! I just decided to use the Help Chat and they walked me through multiple steps. It works! in which i should have done from day one! thanks Rich for that advice!
