Won’t sync after update

My Versa will not sync to my phone, after I got my iPhone system update. I have had it for a year, this is the first time I’ve had a major issue. I’ve done EVERYTHING to fix it and nothing works! All the forum advice is crap! I am sooo unhappy right now

I’ve been experiencing this same problem since iOS13. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled that app too many times to count. It would work for a day and then it wouldn’t see the device again. Right now, I can’t even open the app on my iPhone.  I’ve got it syncing to my iPad now, but it has started doing the same thing there too.
