Any advice for setting up a versa lite?I've followed the instructions for setting up a device but the app keeps returning me to my account when I press "set up your fitbit versa lite".I have had a blaze for 3 years and its worked very well but do I have to remove this before I can set up the versa lite?My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A10 so this should support a versa lite. This is a bit frustrating but could be down to my technological incompetence.Any ideas folks

Hi @bazlufc ,unfortunately it's not possible to have two devices on one account. So when you start setting up your Versa, Fitbit will ask you if this one has to replace the Blaze and you need to press yes in order to continue with setting up your Versa in the usual way. Regards kuzibri.

@bazlufc The information offered by @SunsetRunner is not exactly correct. You can have more than one device on your account as long as only one device uses the App Gallery. A user should be able to have a Blaze and a Versa Lite, but cannot have a Versa Lite and a Charge 3. I think your problem is that the Galaxy A10 is not on the list of compatible devices. I suspect your Blaze works because it uses a different operating system than the Versa series. There is a lot more wiggle room with devices like the Blaze and unsupported phones.
I am not an Android user. If no one else offers a suggestion in this forum, you might try browsing the Android forum for advice about the Galaxy A10. Someone there might have a suggestion.

Thanks for the responses.I've contacted Fitbit to ask them if the A10 will be added to their list of compatible devices. If not I'll have to carry on using my blaze until it gives up the ghost.
