Won’t sync and losing time

My versa lite won’t hold the time I’ve tried everything.. reset, disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth.. changed the clock face.. now it also won’t sync to my phone. I don’t know what else to try! Is there anything else I can try. Both my Fitbit and phone are updated with the most recent software. The time issue has been going on for a few weeks now the syncing has been difficult for a couple of days

Having pretty much the exact same issue. Had the versa lite for over a year with no issues and now just recently the time just keeps lagging behind, by the time I wake up it's usually over an hour behind. Half the time when I try to remove re-add and sync it just won't work. It seems like a common issue, have seen it mentioned a few places.

Definitely will not be buying a new one if that's the reason why it's happening, will just move to a different brand if it's not fixed

I have been having the same issue, woke up this morning thinking I've adjusted to daylight savings time, only to find out my watch was running almost two hours behind.  Also, I haven't been able to sync to my phone since yesterday afternoon.

I have reset my watch, uninstalled/reinstalled the app on my phone, reset again, nothing more I can do but wait it out.  Seeing all the comments, and all the "affects me too" makes me think this is a FitBit issue and not an equipment issue.

At least my watch is properly tracking my steps, etc., just hope I won't lose whatever data it holds, not sure how long it will without syncing.
