Disgusted! I upgraded to Fitbit versa  2 smart watch and have only had it 8 days. Knocked it on my desk, not hard and the glass cracked! 
I rang up for support and was basically told too bad but we will give you a 35% discount on another new one! What crap! You Roth’s $300 on a watch to be used for sports and the glass breaks that easily! I don’t recommend this piece of junk and won’t ever buy from Fitbit again!

@Joeygelf  check with your credit card company or Paypal, some of them give a warranty on items purchased. Might be worth your time to contact them.
