For some reason, my versa Lite will not sync to my phone today but it did last night until about 8 pm. I logged in to my fitbit account on another device to do the update and it worked on my old phone.
I have done everything from restarting my phone and Versa Lite to redownloading the app. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have already spoken to someone on the phone who said to send it to the company but I got it to work on an old phone so I am assuming it won't be replaced due to it being able to connect to an older phone.

Hi
What you must ensure is a minimal amount of Bluetooth devices around. only one phone. That might help.

Hi @JordanNabinger and welcome to the forum. Which phone is giving you the problem? Is it on the list of Supported Devices? And has it been upgraded to the latest OS? You mentioned you spoke to someone on the phone. Was this contact thru Fitbit Support? What did they think the problem might be?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A11. I have had it and it has worked just fine with my Versa Lite until today. When I spoke with the fitbit customer service representative he said it should be working with my phone and he is not sure why it is not.
