I've swapped my phone to another s10 & it won't sync my phone ,do I need to cancel on my other phone ??

Hi, @Charlie7358 , your Fitbit can only “bond” to one phone at a time, so if it is still paired and connected to your other phone that could explain it. You will need to remove it from the Bluetooth settings on your other phone (though you shouldn’t ideally need to remove it from your Fitbit account). Ideally you should also make sure Bluetooth is turned off on your old phone whenever it is in range of your Fitbit (at least whenever you want it to sync or be connected for notifications).
Once you have removed it from the Bluetooth settings on your old phone, and with its Bluetooth turned off, you can open your Fitbit app on your new phone, go your Versa 3, and hit “sync now”. If it still doesn’t sync try logging out of your account and logging back in again - that should force a sync.
If you do keep your old phone and it’s Bluetooth is on, you may find that it tries to recapture your Versa 3, so I would def recommend keeping the old phone’s Bluetooth off.
