Versa 3 - Not detecting heart/pulse

Checked settings on Versa, the heart sensor is not even an option *(to enable or disable/completely gone)

The laser is not on, and fitbit app is set for tracking.

Synched, shut phone off and on, no difference.

 

It was just working when I went on a bike ride, stopped, and nothing.  It recorded the bike ride, not my pulse.  Am I missing anything?  I need this due to heart failure
