Won’t turn on

I plugged in my Fitbit at 21% charge and now it won’t turn on at all? This is the second Fitbit to do this to me and this one is only a few months old.

I have the same issue although I’ve woken up to my Fitbit being off and it won’t turn on and putting on charge isn’t doing anything. This is my second Fitbit in a year.

My fitbit Versa won't turn on. I have tried to follow instructions for a factory reset but nothing works. It is fully charged and sometimes the green light on the back of the watch blinks for a moment after I try to do a reset but nothing happens. I use this watch as my main exercise tool to monitor my daily progress and miss having it immensely. It was a gift for my birthday and really would like to get it working again.

I contacted support and a replacement is on its way. 2nd replacement in less than a year so giving up and going to Apple instead
