Won’t update to new os and incorrect distance

Hi,

My versa 2 will not update the os. I’ve tried powering it off and disconnecting Bluetooth and WiFi. When it is trying to update it will begin the process with the dot screen then a big red x will appear and end the update.

I also know that the distance calculator is off. My mile time and on a track at similar paces is off by 1.5 minutes.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Are you doing it while on the charger?  If not, try that, it worked for me with the same problem, I’d only get the red X.

Hi, If you do a Factory Reset when the Versa is 're-building' it should automatically update to the latest OS this will probably solve your distance calculator issue.
