First my fitbit would not download any new apps. I followed all the methods of trobleshooting: disconnecting the versa, deleting the app and downloading it again, synching it again; nothing worked. I then did a factory reset and now my Versa will not switch on. I tried the three and two button reset and nothing works. Before the reset my Versa was charged to 90%. Does anyone have any suggestion? I am getting quite desperate. Thank you!

@alexataylor007 Is it that the screen is black or the watch is dead? Are the LED lights on the back ON? Try rubbing the contacts with the alcohol, putting Versa on the charger and charging for several hours. Then try factory reset using buttons again:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.
You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.
