Wont work

Got my versa for my husband and myself as an anniversary gift 05/07/2019. Both have worked wonderful for the last few months until 02/10/2020 (yesterday evening), my versa screen just went blank, flickered a few times and now I can’t get it to turn back on. The battery was at 44%.. Has anyone had this issue? The few times I got a flicker of light on the screen it looked strange (No logos or battery symbol show either), to me it looks like the screen is leaking on the inside? There is no damage to the screen (or watch Itself) whatsoever... so I cant imagine how? Its just my perception/best description of the situation.. Its so strange. 

 

I have tried to troubleshoot it:

-The battery is not dead (I tried to charge it just to be sure and no response).

-I have tried to restart it over and over.. no luck.

I have only had it for a few months now (under a year).. I haven't done much with it, just walking and a brisk jog at best. any suggestions?
