Work week hustle not syncing

My Fitbit versa has stopped syncing to work week hustle I walked16,000 steps on Monday 17,000 steps on Tuesday and 19,000 steps on Wednesday and it’s on the record there’s only 19,000 steps in total in the work week hustle and I’m in two challenges And they both say only 19,000 steps now they were in two different times zones but I still should have more steps than that. The times zones that they are in would not affect how many steps that I put in  as they were only two hours behind me

I am having this same issue.  My versa is tracking all my steps but they are not all showing up on the challenge.  I’ve tried turning my Fitbit off/on and logging out and back into the app.  ☹️

I wish there was a way to fix it. It looks like I’m not doing anything at in my challenges. I restarted my fit bit again and nothing.
