Versa question:
I walked 30 minutes today (Veesa recorded okay).
Did a workout for 25 minutes.
Both walk and workout show as exercise, but active minutes only come up as 37 minutes on both my versa and the app.
I've done a reset.
What is wrong?

@SunsetRunner active minutes depend on your workout intensity (needs to be at least 3 METs), so not all minutes of the workout will count as active minutes. Please check out this help article for more information.

@SunsetRunner interesting. I believe one needs to clock 10 active minutes in a row to actually earn them. That might be the reason if you're doing HIIT. Next time try starting interval training manually on your Versa.

I am having the exact same problem..I did a 45 minute workout on Thursday and active minutes recorded was only 33 minutes and today I did a 30 minute workout and it did not record anything at all.. All the other workouts I did recorded. Would it make a difference if I changed my activity from a workout to circuit training or interval timer? Any help would be appreciated..

@sweetred can you post your heart rate recording for that workout? Also, try rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears.
