Workouts stuck in peak zone

I was wondering if anyone was having same issue and what can I do to fix? 
I have a versa 2 and every time I workout it only shows peak zone. I had the first versa and it always read all the zones cardio and fat zone but then it started doing the same just peak, so I called fitbit support they told me the sensor went bad on back of versa. So i upgraded the the 2 and its still doing it. So It must be a setting. Anyone else experience this problem if so how did u fix it?
