I have had two fit bits now and getting them to charge is the worst part of my day. I stopped wearing the first one because of it. Bought the upgrade like an idiot. But it still has the same charging issues. They don’t slot on easily. For example tonight it took me to get 30 minutes to start my fit bit charging. Am I alone?

Yes, I literally pulled one of my chargers to pieces I was so frustrated with it. Then I saw a crazy suggestion on another site that said to hold the back of the charger between two fingers and pound it on the table several times and doing this will force the pins out further as I guess they sink over time and no longer provide good contact. So after slamming it a few times on the table it was visibly evident the pins were sticking out further and then when I clicked the fitbit into the charger it started charging right away I was at 100% in a little while. Amazing.

The Versa and Versa 2 chargers work just fine.
Perhaps you have a Versa 3 (or Sense) which have different forums?

Sorry, new here and I didn't realize I was commenting in a Versa forum. I was speaking in regards to my Charge 4 charger.
