It took me 2 months to get the messages on screen. The battery drains very quickly even before messages. All the apps say to sync with phone but wont. Last 3 activities keep pausing while running so a 30 minute run recorded as 6 mins. It wont connect to strava. Very disappointed wont recommend fit bit anymore. Had to have a replacement as it froze and stopped working completely. Obviously a problem with this particular type.

Asking a question related to phone settings, without mentioning the phone, we will only be able to give general help found in the Fitbit help docs.
