Wring active minutes Versa

Hello out there...

what in the world is going on with my Versa? I’ve done no exercise today. In fact, I’ve been sitting on my bed cross stitching and binge watching a TV show. I’m a fast stitcher but admittedly not record breaking, sweat inducing so what is this?

Ive tried shutting it down,

Ive restarted multiple times,

what gives Fitbit?

help! I’d like to trust my activity minutes, fat burn, etc and right now...well you tell me 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:BCA2EFEF-3FF0-4280-AB75-3A903DBCE7CC.png

Why is your heart rate so high.

Something is very broken because my pulse is low, I’m absolutely sitting still and right now it’s 128bpm

This is the same thing that is happening to me. I'll be sitting in my chair and it shows 160 bpm. I've chatted with support and based on that conversation and this forum, this has been a problem for a while. Now I'm wearing it with the heart rate monitor turned off, but I'm wondering if that will affect the accuracy of my calories burned. I turn it back on for my workouts, but I'm certain it is not accurate. I've noticed now that my battery is also not holding a good charge. This all just started happening a few days ago. I wear this thing religiously, so it's a bummer it's not working correctly. Not to mention the amount of money I paid for it...

I spoke to support today. They said it’s a known issue but no ETA on the fix. Ugh, I’m with you on this. I use mine for working out and now I don’t know if I should trust anything it’s showing me. I’ve worn a Fitbit since they first came to market and have never experienced issues until this Versa that I’ve already had to replace once. So frustrating.

Agreed! I started to see issues with my Blaze and Charge HR, so I upgraded to a Versa. I use it religiously, so I don't mind spending the money for it if it's going to work properly. I haven't even had this Versa a year, and I have had no issues until now. Super bummed and hope they fix it soon! If not, I will likely look for another tracker from a different company.

Have you tried shutting the tracker off.

Swipe to settings. Tap. Swipe up to help or about. Tap. Then shutdown.

Press button to start up.

This will reset the hardware and restart the firmware.

Yes sir, more than 3 times and I watch the BPMs start climbing and the active minutes pile up.🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

Yep! I’ve tried every troubleshooting recommendation and was told ‘they’re working on it and have no ETA’. And if that’s not bad enough, I’ve noticed the battery is all of a sudden draining way faster than usual and the HR monitor isn’t even on.
