Wrist strap

The wrist strap or watch band strap loop broke so now my strap points straight out.  
 I called fit bit.   No help —-buy a 30$ new wrist band Instead  of providing a 1$ loop band.  
I’m not happy.  The old fit bit strap unglued from the watch face The versa has a week spot with thei wrist band loop.   Apple here I come.  My Sh-t bit support ticked me off

Hi @Rabbithill  why not use a silicon rubber band? I used one in the old days to add color to my band, but you can use it to hold the strap down. Isn't it easier to use a ponytail band to hold it than to buy a whole new device and learn how to use it? Besides, many Apple people prefer the Fitbit app and the challenges.
