Wristband discomfort Versa 2

My Fitbit is after burning my wrist what should I do, I didn’t buy it from Fitbit I bought it in car phone warehouse which is a phone shop for people who don’t know any advise please, I don’t want to wear it anymore and don’t know if the store will refund my money I still have the receipt

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with your Fitbit. You have two options here. You can return it to the store you bought it from, or seeing as the Dixons group (parent company of Carphone warehouse) is an authorised Fitbit retailer, you can directly contact fitbit customer support (here). I think it will come down to which route you think will provide a quicker resolution.

Thanks for the reply the store is giving me 100% refund, they said I must be allergic to the material that it’s made from but delighted I’m getting my money back
