Help! I absolutely love my Fitbit buy the last three days have been really annoying. Every time I go to sleep, at some point in the night my Fitbit disconnects or something to my phone and I wake up to it showing the wrong time. It also has stopped transferring exercise and food back and forth between MyFitnessPal. I have unlinked MyFitnessPal from the app, I've restarted my phone and the watch multiple times, I've even unpaired and then reconnected my versa with my phone and nothing seems to be working!

You are, sadly, not alone in experiencing these 'issues'.
Have found a way to get it to sync again - briefly - was to put the 'watch' in the charger & then try syncing. If that works it may take a few minutes before it sorts itself out. However, this is a temporary fix as once out of the charger it will start losing time & not sync again...

I have a Google Pixel. I've had this phone for a few months now and this is the first it's happened. I spent all day today with the clock reading wrong and it not syncing to my phone. I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall the app, and resyncing my phone with my versa which took way longer than it should have. Hopefully this time it does the trick, buy I'm not too confident

@CGray516 If it is the plain Google Pixel then that should work. Glad you have it working again.

I, too, am having the same issues with iPhone 8Plus and Versa watch. It worked seamlessly until the past couple of days.
Does this mean that the sleep and heart rate information is incorrect?

From my experience, get on to customer support...
I have been told that the Bluetooth module in my Versa has failed & they will be sending me a replacement.

Yes, I did get on to customer support and they are sending a new Versa watch. Hopefully this new version doesn't malfunction at 11 months. I see quite a few having the same problems.
Quality control issues???
