Wrong time

For at least a week my Versa 3 has been 20mins ahead of time. I have:

- tried syncing which it won’t do other than showing my steps which I don’t think are right

- turned it off and in again

- disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth both on and off the wifi

- deleted and reinstalled the app

None of the above had made any difference, and I think the general stats it’s showing in the watch itself are inaccurate.

The watch is completely useless to me right now and making my job harder with out it.
Any ideas as to how I go about fixing this please??

This might be nothing new to you, but:

The only way to fix the time is the get it is sync.  My go-to steps are:

(1) do a restart

then (2) reboot phone

then try to force sync Fitbit from phone app by dragging down on Today screen.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you 😊 I have just tried these three steps in order as you said and sadly nothing. It’s syncing my steps but nothing else (sleep, time, exercise etc). I’m at a complete loss.

thank you for taking the time to reply.
