Versa 2 blank screen

MY VERSA 2 FIT BIT IS NOT SHOWING ANY INFORMATION MY SCREEN IS BLACK, BUT IT'S STILL IS TRACKING. Sorry for the Caps. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi there, @vgomez. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. 

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Yeah, experiencing this myself right now. Has yours also been accompanied by a huge battery drain (charged 48 or so hours ago) and device not syncing?

Yes. But after approximately 8 years
Of being a Fitbit customer, all i have been offered is 35% off a versa 2 , which is ok, but all that was offered was a mens black Fitbit. This is absolutely no good to me , for one i have a small wrist & and why a mens?.
Personally after a resent update & Google taking over. I started to have problems. Hope you get a better result than me.

@Robbo1 you mean to tell me all they could offer you was a men’s black Fitbit.  They could not offer you a sizable separate band so you can change it out.  I did not think they had any Versa 2 around.  I know they are no longer on their website. Wow sorry this happened to you.  This is not the way to retain customers.

Thank you for your reply. I have now gone over to a Apple Watch. My son has had one for many years and they know how to look after customers, unlike Fitbit who will no longer have my business.
