MY VERSA 2 FIT BIT IS NOT SHOWING ANY INFORMATION MY SCREEN IS BLACK, BUT IT'S STILL IS TRACKING. Sorry for the Caps. Has this happened to anyone else?

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Best Answer@Robbo1 you mean to tell me all they could offer you was a men’s black Fitbit. They could not offer you a sizable separate band so you can change it out. I did not think they had any Versa 2 around. I know they are no longer on their website. Wow sorry this happened to you. This is not the way to retain customers.
