Hi All,
I would like to start with the c25k. So I downloaded the fitbit versa app c25k from zen labs, I am doing to run on the treadmill in the gym. However my question is: how is the syncing? Is my running somehow added to my daily activitiy?
cheers

Hello @TheDahmke and welcome to the Help forums. If you go to the fine print in the details of the C25k app, you will see that is has to run in the foreground. The twist is that the Exercise app must also run in the foreground. So it doesn't look like you can use the C25k app and the Treadmill option on the Exercise app at the same time. Your Versa will recognize steps, and add them to your daily stats, as long as you do not hold on to the handrails. Treadmill is not an auto-recognized exercise. I suspect that your Versa will auto-recognize it as a walk -- since you start out with a walk warm up. Active minutes are intensity based -- and accrue after 10 minutes of activity. If your walking part is at least 3.5 mph, then I think you will get active minutes for the whole session. Activity equivalent to a "brisk walk" is the phrase Fitbit uses.

I have used the c25k on Versa the past 2 days. My versa does count my steps but is not automatically recognizing the walk/run on Fitbit app under exercise. I read from above that it should automatically recognize walk but it is not. I have walk set as automatic recognize for 10 minutes. Any help would be great, thanks.
