application language in german, help

My mobile app is in German and I can't change it. I already took the automatic function put in a country that speaks English but still in German, someone helps me, I do not understand anything German

Hi, go to https://www.fitbit.com/consent on your PC and you'll get the Fitbit dashboard. On top on the right side, you'll see the settings icon, click that and choose settings. Scroll down untill you see "Country" (just underneath birthday) and choose your country. Scoll further down until you see language per region/country and choose your language. Scroll down to the end of the page and press "submit". After that restart your phone and see if you have the mobile app now in your choosen language. Hope this works, regards kuzibri.

Hi @Bruna.Oliveira , try the following:

1. Close the Fitbit app.

2. Deinstall it.

3. Do not unpair your Versa

4. Restart your phone

5. Reinstall Fitbit app

See if it's now in English. hope it works, regards kuzibri
