I can't change my versa lite time followed directions and just won't go to 24 h

Hi @barb-s I dont know what directions you have follwowed, so may be repeating what you have already done.
Restart your Versa several times then sync it to your app on your phone. Restart your tracker
To switch to the 24 hour clock in the Website Dashboard (NOT the app) select the gear wheel icon in the top right corner, then select Settngs from the drop down list. Next scroll down to Advanced Settings and select Clock Display Time. You can change it there and then select Submit at the bottom of the page and it should be done.
