I've watched the video and checked the other topics. In trying to change my band, pressing the pin does nothing. And now the first pin has come out, so there is nothing to press down on. Any suggestions?

Which Versa do you have? I'm not sure what you mean by the pin has come out. Are you able to send a picture?
