I have everything sync. My app shows the bitmoji clock. My versa shows...visit the clock face settings on your phone to connect.......please help

Hi, see my post on this topic about Bitmoji: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Versa-Lite/Versa-and-Fitbit-Bitmoji/m-p/3404226#M89225. I think that Bitmoji not the way you want to go with your Versa, but that's my personal opinion.
