How do I change the clock face?  the "help" instructions don't match what my dashboard has;  it says to tap on the "today" tab but nothing is happening...

How do I change my clock face?

To change your clock face: 

  1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab User-added image > your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Clock Faces  > All Clocks.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.
  4. Sync your device to see the change.

Did you follow the rest of the instructions, or just stop after tapping "Today"; i.e. tapping your profile pic, then your device image?  "Today" is just to make sure you are on the right tab to do the rest.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
