@Ira.paixao You may need a proof of purchase (receipt). Contact Customer support again, explain that the screen died and all the troubleshooting steps you did. They will probably ask you to perform them again, but then they may issue a replacement as your Fitbit is under warranty. You will need US shipping address, so provide Fitbit with address in Los Angeles. Customer Support is right about not shipping to Brazil. Also, I highly advise against swimming in salt water next time.

@Ira.paixao have you tried rebooting your device several times? Also, if you inspect your tracker closely, can you see any condensation accumulating near the sensor area?

@Ira.paixao Was the reboot successful? Did Fitbit logo flash and did Versa power on?

@Ira.paixao Let's try factory reset then using 3 buttons:
You may need to attempt the reset a few times to find the optimal times. Trying holding the buttons longer, as long as it's needed for the vibration to appear.

Hi
Thanks for the help.
But I think that the problem is more serious, nothing appears on the screen, and any vibration
I'm in touch with the Fitbit support, and praying for the best solution.

Very sad and disappointed with FITBIT, the answers was the can't anything under the allegation of not having sales in Brazil, leaving to be desired in the respect and costumer service . What is a potty, because the image of the company doesn't look good,. Finally , money thrown away!
FITBIT for me and friends never more

@Ira.paixao how did you purchase the tracker? Was it perhaps your friend in North America who did it for you? If yes, Fitbit should be able to send a replacement tracker to your friend's address.
