My silicon band broke, and I have received a new woven band.  How do I detach the old and attach the new?

@jell   Check out this video by Fitbit on YouTube.   In my experience, new bands don't snap in as easily as bands that you changed several times.  I also can't change them holding the Versa like in the video.  I put my Versa on a table on a fluffy, padded towel so I can maneuver the upper pin into place.
