Good day.
My fitbit versa suddenly stopped pairing with the app on my phone. A few weeks after the purchase, everything was OK, until now it stopped working. When I try to pair manually, it says "device not found"
It's a basic function. Now I don't get notifications on my watch, etc. I don't have the data that the watch gets.
I had Charge HR before and everything was OK. I use Xiaomi Mi6.
I am angry and disappointed.
Where is the problem??

Hi, encountered this problem a few days ago too. Make sure you have the latest Fitbit app version on your Phone, this solved my problem. Hope this works for you too, regards, kuzibri

My app is up to date. The problem must be elsewhere.
