I must be the dumbest on the planet ,have been trying all day to get this fitbit connect on my laptop so I can transfer music from laptop to versa. Don't understand how to get it. I have the fitbit app on my laptop but I don't think its the same thing . Someone help before I loose my mind

Hi @sue1961  I agree it is hard to find, at least in my app store! I uninstalled the app, then did a search in the app store for fitbit connect and installed that. It looks pretty similar to the app (well it did to me when I did it), which is why I uninstalled the app while I did it so I didnt get confused between them. You can always reinstall the app later if you want to (though I never have - I just use connect)
