Greetings: I'd like to export my fitbit data to a CSV file. Is this possible?

It's possible to export up to 31 days of data at a time but if you want to export everything then you can't do it in .csv format. There's a help file covering this at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1133.htm
