I've started getting this error (avg twice a week).
First off, on my versa automatic sleep tracking does not work. If I don't start it manually it records nothing. Secondly, I only get "basic sleep details". (I did get proper sleep analysis once, but I've no idea what was different that time)
Now it's just randomly refusing to record sleep at all.
Anyone got any ideas?

Hi, I have the same problem from the beginning. The only workaround for me is to go to Fitbit.com/Dashboard on my laptop and enter, every day, the time of going to bed and waking up. after that my Smartphone shows the sleeping time, before that nothing at all. Pretty annoying. Kindest regards, kuzibri

I get the same issue on Fitbit Charge 3. Also won't show sleep on Fitbit. I get sleep not tracked. Worked first day only. Have tried rebooting, removing app and reinstalling, removing then re- adding Bluetooth connection. Nothing seems to work and I can't find a fix anywhere. Shame when you pay good money that it doesn't work as I should. 😏
