fitbit versa 2 screen turns green

Watch will charge and then when I remove it from the charger within 2-3 minutes the screen turns green and also grayish lines move up and down on the face. Have tried resets as well as factory reset and it works for a few minutes and then the green screen reappears. This happened within the first 2 months of purchase.
