Sounds like you can't even do a restart.
Clink on the link in my signature, head to the bottom of the link and click on Lets Talk.

I still don’t see that anywhere and have tried from a browser rather than an app, but I did some more research and got it fixed!

I restarted my Versa and everything went back to normal. I didn’t even realize I could restart it. Hope it works for you.

Great restart got you going again.
Sometimes restarting your phone, tablet, computer helps too.
