hand washing reminder

I have a Versa Lite, and back in maybe April of 2020 I installed a Hand washing reminder which is permanently on the main screen.  It goes off every hour and drives me crazy!   I have turned off notifications but it still vibrates.  I want to remove it but so far have found nothing that tells me how to do that.  Please help!!!  thank you.
