so i recieved the versa 2 for christmas and all was good then i realized that i couldnt change the lighting from dim to bright when i selected the option in the settings on the watch it wouldnt take. read around a little and someone said do a factory reset which i did. now all i get is the watch telling me in multiple languages to download the fitbit app which i already did. dont know what to do now!!!! please help

Sounds like you did a factory reset and not a simple restart. 

You will have to setup the tracker with the same steps you used on christmass

thank you for your help. as it turns out i actually had to remove the
device from the fitbit app and then select add new device and it startyed
coming bac to life. thanks again!!!!
