on the app my hourly activity says 12 of 12 hours, but on my new versa 3 it says 3 of 12 hours. I have repeatedly synced it, and the time appears correctly - how do I fix this please?

Hi @catkinsq - this would seem odd, make sure that the sync actually is working, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo and see when it last synced. You may be seeing yesterday's info.

Do you see the 3 out of 12 in the Today app on your watch? if so restart the watch. How do I restart my Fitbit device?
