Activity, water and food cannot be edited on the Fitbit Versa 2. If you have an iOS device you should be able to edit your activities from the Fitbit app. Our team does not currently have plans to release this feature on Android devices but if there is any change it will be communicated in this feature suggestion.
From the Fitbit app or the online Dashboard at fitbit.com you can also edit your water and food logs. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I track my water intake in the Fitbit app?" or "How do I track my food with the Fitbit app?"
