After purchasing my Versa on June 6, July 3 is when my battery started to fail. Till then, the battery last 4+ days. I would recharge it ~19-23% until it got to 100%. Since then I been on the phone with the Support Team and going through various test. A couple of turning off feature and now a replacement cable. Apparently my Vera is "odd". When the charging initiated phase starts from a off state, I get the Fitbit ICON vs the 0% screen.
The Fitbit Support Team assured my I was the only person having an issue on the VERSA BATTERY.

I've only ever gotten around 2.5 days, but I'm using a windows phone.......however, this is something that EVERYONE is complaining about.
