Hi @Belle0426 , nobody knows, only the tech team. It's Apple's fault this time. They have changed  with the update to iOS 13 the rules handling the notifications withhout informing Fitbit about it. So now Fitbit has to find a solution how to solve this problem, caused by Apple itself and that will take a while. Regards kuzibri
