Fitbit Versa Lite and Spotify

I just received my fitbit versa lite and am trying to download Spotify but it says to make sure my app and device is updated.  I believe they both are but it is still not giving me the option to install the app.

Same issue on my Versa.  Spotify app says it cannot be installed and to make sure the app on the phone and device are the latest update.   They both are.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it and factory reset my Fitbit and it worked.
