My iPhone 11 with iOS13.2.3 does not want to sync with my Fitbit Versa, it worked fine till last Wednesday, 15 November 2019... I re-installed the app and reconnected again and again no luck...

Just confirmed with Fitbit Customer Support. There is a persistent issue with the new iOS 13.2.3 that causes syncing issues with multiple Fitbit devices. The standard troubleshooting steps do not work. You will be able to sync the device on initial setup if you remove the device and re-initiate but it will not sync pas that period. No timeline to fix.
