inaccurate distance

My Versa kept very accurate distance until this past week. I measured the same route using the Versa, my Garmin and Strava. The Versa wa inline with the other two. It is now "shorting me" about 1/3-1/5 mile each time i run the same route.  Is there a fix for this?

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is no longer recording your distance accurately. If you are tracking your activity with GPS, I would recommend checking out this article with information about the different factors that can affect connected GPS.

 

In addition, you can perform a restart to your Versa by following these instructions.

 

If you haven't used connected GPS, please make sure your personal information is correct. You can measure and adjust your stride length by following these steps.
