for the past week my fit bit has been flashing about cant sync Music downloads, ( I dont download Music) I have to take it off because its vibrating every 10 sec or so when its flashing the msg, then it settled down a for a few days and started again yesterday so I thought I would do a factory reset, Bad move,  it now has the fitbit logo and keep flashing in different languages, when it get to the English is says to down load the fit bit app, which I already have and I cannot get the device to do anything other thatn repeating hte above ??

If you performed a factory reset in the watch and now can’t connect to the Fitbit app, you should try to first remove the watch from the app and then try to re-add it.
